Well I have an addict sister and an addict aunt who has also been married 5 times and very co dependent. Most of the time you have to distance yourself from addicts and people who are addicted to playing the victim. There is really no good answer here other than you should focus on yourself and making things better for you and then as you get older you can hopefully form a better relationship with her. Believe me when i tell you, you can not save people from them-self when they do not want to stop the drama or drugs in their life. Often it is all they have ever known and is a safety net for them to be always a troubled victim and crying out. You can not make anyone be better they have to want to be on their own. You can really just focus on you and not try to save people who screwed up your happiness in the first place. Find your own way to be happy in life, because truthfully they will with or without your help.
