Military Distance Learning

Theresa Said:

What sort of academic/practical qualifications are recommended for a career in environmental work?

We Answered:

Two possibilities.

Get some kind of credential in science or engineering. Environmental science, environmental engineering or chemistry would be my three top choices. Biology or chemical engineering are also possibilities.

Or go to work for an environmental agency using your business degree. The USEPA hires people with those credentials to analyze the economics of environmental programs. Then work to transition over to the technical side.

Taking distance learning IT classes....would you recommend it?

We Answered:

If you're earning your degree from an accredited school, then you're earning a legit degree. You shouldn't necessarily even need to put on your resume that you earned it online...
