Perhaps, from all the answers ive read, maybe it's time for the Philippines not to be too lenient with their laws and at the same time, increase their rates on english education, because these Koreans are already taking advantage of what they can get from the Philippines. They are just taking for granted the culture and the tradition that Philippines once had before they were not yet here. They were the ones benefitting a lot from what the educated and skilled Filipinos teach them. It's not that we are being selfish, but I think the Filipinos should lift up their pride as the people behind those some learned Koreans. One thing more, I think the Philippine government should check how legal Korean businesses are in the Philippines. I learned that some of them do not have permits to operate but still they are operating in the business industry. In addition, I also heard that some maltreatment incidences are going on between Korean managers and Filipino english teachers. They owe something to the Filipinos. Without us, they wouldnt learn English and they wouldnt be trained to go on for their ultimate dream which is to go to Europe.

I'm italian and i too study english at school.. it's important because pratically everyone can speak it (someone like me not very well, as you see...). it's also very useful for creating programs or applications for pc, because commands are always in english. videogames, websites, chatrooms... all in english...
it's the globalzation...
